Confirmed: Bulgaria's PM Held Confidential Talks With Zelensky’s Chief of Staff Budanov in Sofia

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s chief of staff, Kyrylo Budanov, met with Bulgarian Prime Minister Rumen Radev in Sofia on October 8 during a visit kept confidential for security reasons, the government press service confirmed.
