Pro-Kremlin activist case goes back to court in Latvia
The Supreme Court has annulled the Rīga Regional Court’s ruling in a case in which the defendant was sentenced to three years’ imprisonment for publicly glorifying crimes against peace and war crimes by displaying various symbols associated with Russia and the Soviet Union in the windows of her home, Latvian Television reported on October 8.
