Lithuania eyes payouts to bring back diaspora


Lithuania is considering payments of between €2,000 and €5,000 for families returning from abroad, depending on their size. Returnees would also be offered an integration allowance of up to €1,000 for language courses or help toward the cost of a private nursery.
