Troops at Kaliningrad border are for stopping mobilisation dodgers – Lithuanian minister
Lithuania will deploy up to 100 troops to help guard its border with Russia’s Kaliningrad region over the next several weeks. Interior Minister Martynas Katelynas said the move was a precautionary measure anticipating Russian men seeking asylum from potential military mobilisation.
